How do you address event accessibility?
What steps does EventBuilder take to ensure accessibility for attendees?
EventBuilder is committed to accessibility and removing barriers to participation. We are WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant, meeting ADA and Section 508 standards, and we scan our products quarterly to maintain and improve compliance. Our registrant and attendee-facing products, such as registration pages, streaming console, and listing/search pages are all coded for mobile and web accessibility. We offer both live and automated closed captioning, post-event transcript audits, and live event support, and our Care team is available 24/5 for additional assistance.
For unique situations that require a customized solution, our Services team will work with you to design an accessible experience for your attendee(s) and help make the necessary arrangements.
