What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
What do I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my event?
To cancel or reschedule closed captioning prior to 5 business days before your live Event, please navigate to the Extras step of your event build and select Cancel Closed Captioning.
To cancel within 5 days of your live Event please contact the EventBuilder Accessibility Team at services@eventbuilder.com
No fees are applied if the Event is rescheduled or canceled outside the 48 hour window.
Any Event canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the start time is charged in full.
Note: The availability of a live captioner cannot be assured for Events rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time.
